At Ever UGG Outlet, we want you to love your new footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that all return items must include original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Items
Carefully place your unworn UGG boots and the original shoe box into a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
